How to Use: Face Roller & Gua Sha

1. Prep: Cleanse, mist, and apply 5-10 drops of facial oil or serum.

2. Face Roller:

   • Roll upward and outward from neck to forehead for 5-10 minutes.
   • Use the small roller for eyes, nose, and chin.
   • Tip: Chill for a cooling effect.

3. Gua Sha:

   • Hold at a 45° angle.
   • Sweep downward on the neck, outward on the face, and follow contours.
   • Repeat each stroke 5-10 times.
