Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, Beautitarians.com will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The item must be returned within 7 days of approval for the return, using a secure shipping method.
Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed as store credit or through an alternative method as agreed upon with the customer.
